Thanks to the rotating suspension system and high-performance rotors, the abrasive media uniformly impacts the entire surface of the part, removing rust, scale, and other contaminants. This is an indispensable step in preparing castings for further processing – painting, assembly, or inspection.

We carry out the shot blasting process using a Wheelabrator suspended machine, which enables the cleaning of castings and components of various shapes. Parts are hung on rotating holders and then subjected to intense abrasive action propelled by rotors. By adjusting the parameters, we select the appropriate cleaning intensity for the specific material and customer requirements. After the process is completed, the parts undergo quality inspection and further processing.
