KADALT Metal Foundry has been operating since 1990 in Bytów (Pomeranian Voivodeship). Initially, the company focused on the production of door handles and steel products, gradually expanding into metal casting. Today, we specialize in the production of aluminium and zinc-aluminium (ZnAl) alloy castings, used in industries such as construction, automotive, energy, and electronics. We manufacture components based on customer documentation and cooperate with companies across Poland and Europe.
Our company specializes in the production of aluminium castings. The castings are made from aluminium alloys in accordance with PN-76/H-88027, PN-EN 1676, and DIN 1725 standards.
We produce pressure die castings using horizontal cold-chamber machines (up to 550 tons), with a maximum casting weight of approximately 3 kg. Sand and permanent mold castings are made upon special request from the customer.
To meet our clients' needs, we design and manufacture foundry tooling, patterns, and permanent molds based on the provided technical documentation.
These processes ensure the desired surface roughness, eliminate sharp edges, and improve the appearance of the castings. They are ideal as preparation for further painting or assembly.
Modern CNC machining of aluminium and ZnAl components based on customer documentation. We ensure high precision, repeatability, and support in preparing the design for production.
We offer spray and powder coating of components, providing a durable protective layer and an aesthetic finish in a selected RAL color.
Our foundry is located in Bytów, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship – a region with a well-developed industrial base and strong logistical accessibility. Thanks to our location in northern Poland, we efficiently serve both domestic partners and companies across Europe.
