Our laboratory is equipped with a modern CMM coordinate measuring machine, enabling precise dimensional inspection of cast and machined components. Thanks to CMM technology, we ensure high measurement repeatability, operator independence, and accuracy down to tenths of a micron. Measurements are carried out under stable temperature conditions, with data recorded digitally – including the ability to generate reports and deviation charts. This is an essential part of our ISO 9001:2015 quality control system.
Using a CMM measuring machine allows us to minimize the risk of production errors and effectively detect deviations before shipment to the customer. Thanks to digital documentation of the results, our partners have full insight into the quality and dimensional compliance of each production batch.
