KADALT was founded in 1990 in Bytów, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Our beginnings trace back to the production of aluminium and brass handles, as well as steel products. With dynamic growth, we expanded our range of services and improved the quality of our castings. Today, we specialize in the production of aluminium and zinc alloy (ZnAl) casting components, which are used in various industries – from construction to automotive.
At KADALT, we offer castings produced using three proven technologies: Sand molds – ideal for larger or single castings, manually made from molding sands. Permanent molds (metal) – gravity poured, providing good surface quality and repeatability. Pressure molds – performed on machines with forces up to 550 tons, enabling production of precise castings in large series.

KADALT Metal Foundry is a Polish company based in Bytów (Pomeranian Voivodeship), specializing in the production of aluminium and zinc alloy (ZnAl) castings. We have been operating continuously since 1990, offering our clients in Poland and Europe full support – from design to finished casting. We produce castings using three technologies: sand casting (up to 50 kg), permanent mold casting (up to 20 kg), and pressure die casting (up to 3 kg, using machines with forces up to 550 tons). This wide production range allows us to flexibly adapt to the client's requirements and the nature of each project. Our comprehensive approach sets us apart – we design and manufacture casting molds, patterns, permanent molds, and trimming tools in cooperation with local toolmakers certified under ISO 9001:2015. The short supply chain enables us to respond quickly, especially in emergency situations or when tooling modifications are required. As part of our offering, we also provide machining services (drilling, threading, grinding, shot blasting) as well as powder and wet painting, allowing us to deliver finished products compliant with customer documentation and industry standards. Our convenient location in northern Poland, close to major transport routes and seaports, enables us to efficiently serve both domestic and international markets. We produce over 300 tons of castings annually, supporting companies from various industrial sectors – from automotive to electronics and construction.
