Our company specializes in the production of aluminium castings. The castings are made from aluminium alloy according to PN-76/H-88027, PN-EN 1676, and DIN 1725 standards.
In cooperation with experienced toolmakers, we offer our clients the production of pressure molds, trimming dies, permanent molds, and casting patterns. These include both simple split molds and more complex ones with side slides and actuators.
We implement the casting based on technical documentation or a pattern scanned in 3D. The mold design is prepared in cooperation with an experienced toolmaking company, ensuring optimal construction. After mold manufacturing and a trial series, the castings are submitted for client approval or verified through 3D scanning. Upon approval, we begin supervised mass production with full quality control at every stage.
