​Sand castings

  • ​​They are manually made from bentonite molding sand and specialized pattern sand. 
  • The molding sand is prepared in a pan mixer.
  •  Cores are handmade from self-hardening furan resin-based sands and CO2-hardened sands.
  •  The maximum casting weight must not exceed 50 kg.
